How much does it cost the shopper?
2% of the order value covers delivery protection, plus a flat €2.99 for free returns. The price is shown transparently at checkout, and eligibility is checked automatically.
Who handles claims and returns?
REVER does, through a branded portal. Delivery claims run in a simplified flow; returns use your standard REVER returns experience with shipping and fees credited back. Shoppers never deal with a third party.
