Shipping costs, redesigned: simpler rules you can test before saving
The shipping costs screen in the Dashboard is now simpler: one-line rules, every condition under the same search bar, and a test to see what a return would cost before you save. Edit with AI stays.
We've reworked the shipping costs screen in the Dashboard so that setting up who pays for each return is easier and simpler, and we've kept Edit with AI right where it was.
Introducing: A new UI for shipping rules
What's new?
- Simpler, one-line rules: each rule reads at a glance, with the conditions on the left and what the customer pays on the right.
- Test your rules: with Test a return you see what the customer would pay before you save, and which rule set the price.
- All conditions under the same bar: country, logistic method, refund method, return reason and the rest are all added from one search bar.
How does it work?
Rules are checked in order and only the first matching rule applies, so put specific rules (for example, a postal code) above general ones (for example, a country). Returns that match no rule get the cost you set for all other returns.
Can I still use REVER AI?
Yes. Edit with AI is still there, so you can keep changing your rules by just saying what you want.
When can I use it?
It's live today for every merchant. You'll find it in Configuration → Logistics → Shipping costs. If you have any questions, just let us know.
