REVER Analytics MCP: your returns data, inside the AI tools you already use

I'm very happy to announce a new way to work with your returns data: bring it into the AI tools your team already uses every day.

Introducing: REVER Analytics MCP

What is it?

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect securely to external data. The REVER Analytics MCP connects them to your REVER data, so you can ask questions about returns and orders, build your own analytics queries and create data exports, all in plain language.

• Claude Desktop and Claude Code
• ChatGPT
• Cursor
• VS Code with Copilot

Do I need to set anything up?

No additional configuration or approval is required. Anyone who already has access to your REVER Dashboard can connect the MCP with their existing credentials.

What can I ask?

Anything you'd ask an analyst: return rates by product or country, refund methods over time, the impact of a policy change, or a CSV of last month's exchanges. It's an evolving tool, so if there's a question it can't answer yet, tell us and we'll add it.

When can I use it?

We're opening access to merchants progressively over the coming weeks. If you'd like early access, just let us know and we'll be happy to help.
