Ship returns on your own Sendcloud account, with your existing contracts

If you already ship with Sendcloud, I have good news: your returns can now run on your own Sendcloud account too.

How does it work?

REVER creates return labels, books pickups and tracks shipments directly on your Sendcloud account. Your returns show up next to your outbound shipments, and Sendcloud bills you directly, using the default contract you already have for each carrier.

What do you need from me?

All we need is an API key pair created in Sendcloud under Settings → Integrations → Sendcloud API, shared with us through a secure channel, never in plain email.

When can I use it?

It's available on request, and we set it up together with you. If you'd like your returns on your own Sendcloud account, just let us know.
