Introducing FASTER: instant exchanges, free for you, protected by REVER Protect™

I'm very happy to announce that today we are launching one of the most requested features of the last year.

Introducing: FASTER

Until now, it was only possible to offer instant exchanges if the merchant was paying for them. Instant exchanges are a great way to incentivise retention and increase satisfaction. Now we're adding the possibility for shoppers to choose it as a premium option on the portal: totally free for you, and protected by REVER Protect™.

How does it work?

FASTER appears in the checkout of the returns portal as a premium option. When the shopper selects it, the new exchange is shipped right away, instantly, without waiting for the original product to be returned. Every FASTER process is protected by REVER Protect™ in case anything happens with the original return.

What does REVER Protect™ cover?

REVER Protect™ is an intelligent insurtech service that covers every event caused by the shopper that leads to non-delivery or ineligibility for refund (used, damaged by the shopper…) or a late return (returned after 60 days). Protect handles the recovery and the corresponding refund of the cost of the product.

How much will it cost me?

That's the best part: FASTER is completely free for merchants. Our AI model analyses each transaction and offers a dynamic fee to each shopper depending on multiple factors, such as previous returns, country and risk scoring.

When is it available?

FASTER is rolling out progressively to all portals globally, starting today.
