Group warehouses: one list and one set of routing rules for all your portals
Return warehouses and routing rules now live at group level, and you manage them yourself from the Dashboard: set them up once for every portal, and override them for the portals that need something different.

I'm very happy to share that, from today, warehouses work at group level.
Until now, every portal in a group had to set up its own return warehouses and its own routing rules. If five portals shipped to the same warehouse, you had five copies of it, and five places to keep up to date. Not anymore.
Introducing: Warehouses for the whole group
How does it work?
Warehouses now live at group level:
- One warehouse list for all your portals. Add or edit a warehouse once and every portal uses it.
- Routing rules for the whole group. Decide which warehouse each return goes to (by country, product, portal…) in one place.
- Per-portal overrides. If one portal needs different rules, like an outlet or a marketplace, give it its own rules without touching the rest.
- External ID and metadata on each warehouse, so your WMS or ERP can match REVER's warehouses with yours.
The best part: it's self-service. You edit and manage your warehouses yourself, straight from the Dashboard.
What does this mean for me?
Nothing changes in how your returns are routed today. We've already moved nearly 1,000 merchant groups to the new model: duplicate warehouses were merged (keeping the details of your standard portal) and your routing rules moved to the group.
When can I use it?
It's available today. You'll find it in your Dashboard under Configuration → Warehouses, at group level.
