Dashboard User Management: invite your team, assign roles, no tickets
Add, remove and manage who has access to your REVER Dashboard yourself, with four roles that match how your team actually works.
I'm happy to announce something many of you have asked for: you can now manage your own REVER Dashboard users. No more emailing us every time someone joins or leaves your team.
Introducing: Dashboard User Management
How does it work?
Go to Configuration → Users. From there, admins can:
- See everyone who has access to your dashboard, at a glance
- Invite teammates by email; they receive a link to set their own password
- Assign each person a role that matches what they do
- Revoke access instantly, and restore it just as easily
Which roles are available?
- Admin: full access, including managing users
- Read only: sees everything, changes nothing
- Reviewer: reviews returns, scoped to the warehouses you assign
- Analytics only: analytics and nothing else
What happens when I revoke someone?
Revoking never deletes anyone. Access is switched off, their history stays intact, and one click brings them back.
When can I use it?
We're rolling it out to all merchants group by group over the coming weeks. If you'd like it enabled sooner, just let us know and we'll be happy to help.
