Set up your returns portal

Before you start

• You'll need admin access to your ecommerce platform and to REVER.
• Have your return window, accepted reasons and refund policy to hand.

Connect your store

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and choose your platform.
2. Authorise the connection. REVER imports your catalogue and recent orders.
3. Confirm the sync finished before moving on.

Set your rules and go live

1. In Settings → Return rules, set the return window and the reasons shoppers can choose.
2. Add your carriers under Settings → Logistics.
3. Brand the portal in Customisation → Theme, then click Publish.
