How to modify shipping costs
Adjust the shipping cost shown to shoppers — a flat fee, a free-shipping threshold, or a rule for a specific carrier or destination — once your shipping rules are already set up.
Before you start
This changes the cost itself. To change which rules apply — free-shipping thresholds, carrier eligibility or when a rule triggers — see How to Set Shipping Cost Rules.
Modify a shipping cost
- Go to Settings → Logistics → Shipping costs.
- Select the rule you want to change.
- Update the fee, or the free-shipping threshold, and save.
Per-carrier and per-destination costs
If you charge differently by carrier or destination, open the specific carrier or country row to edit just that cost rather than the default rule.
When changes take effect
New costs apply to returns created after you save. Returns already in progress keep the cost that was shown to the shopper when they started their return.
