Return shipping labels

Find the label of a return

1. In the side menu, go to Returns › Orders and open the return.
2. In the right-hand column, below Customer details, the Logistics details card shows the carrier, the tracking number and the destination warehouse.
3. In the top right corner of that card, click Download label. The label opens as a PDF in a new tab.

• If the return doesn't have a label yet, the Download label button appears disabled.

If a label can't be generated

If you use your own carrier contract, check that it's fully connected: see how to connect your own carrier contract. Otherwise, contact support with the order number.
