Where to find your exchange settings

In the side menu, go to Configuration › Refunds and exchanges.

Charge return shipping from the second exchange

You can keep the first exchange free and charge return shipping from the second one onwards.

1. Go to Configuration › Logistics and open the Shipping costs tab.
2. Click Add rule and choose the condition Second or subsequent exchange.
3. In the Customer pays column, click the amount (a new rule shows as Free) and enter what you want to charge.
4. Move the rule above any other rule that could also apply, such as country rules: only the first matching rule applies. Drag the row, or use Move up in the rule's ⋯ menu.
5. Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom.

When an exchange is already under way

• If the label has been created, you can cancel the return. Also cancel the exchange order.
• Once the return has been collected or is at the warehouse, contact our support team and our specialised team will handle it.
