How to edit a refund amount

Open the order

1. In the side menu, go to Returns › Orders.
2. Find the order whose refund you want to change and click it to open its details.

Edit the refund

1. On the right-hand side, in Return Summary, click Manage refund › Edit refund.
2. Enter the new Refund amount. The difference from the original amount is shown just below.
3. Add a Reason for adjustment.
4. Click Edit refund, then Confirm changes in the Confirm refund changes window.

What you'll see

• The Return Summary now shows the Adjustment and the Final balance.
