How to download a return label
Download the label of any return that already has one, as a PDF, straight from your REVER Dashboard.

Open the return
- In the side menu, go to Returns › Orders.
- Find the return by its order number and open it.
Download the label
- In the right-hand column, below Customer details, find the Logistics details card. It shows the carrier, the tracking number and the destination warehouse.
- In the top right corner of that card, click Download label.
- The label opens as a PDF in a new tab, ready to save, print or forward to your customer.
Good to know
- If the return doesn't have a label yet, the Download label button appears disabled.
