How to review and approve returned items

When a return reaches you, review each item. The refund is triggered automatically once the items are verified.

Open the return

  1. In the side menu, go to Returns › Orders and open the return.
  2. You'll see Pending refund: the refund is triggered automatically once the items are verified.

Review every item

  1. In Returned items, click Approve or decline.
  2. For each item, choose Approve, Decline or Missing.
  3. Click Submit. The button becomes active once every item has been reviewed.

What you'll see

  • The message We have registered your review! confirms it's done.
